Michael DelCasale has extensive experience in the power generation industry, having held multiple leadership roles at Calpine since July 2010, including Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President Operations. Prior to this, Michael worked at Conectiv from January 2001 to July 2010 as Senior Engineering Manager, specializing in project and construction management for large-scale power generation projects. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University, earned between 1979 and 1983.
