Patrick D. Howard

Patrick D. Howard is an experienced finance professional with a significant background in corporate financial management and analysis. Currently serving as the Director of Finance & Business Process at Calpine Corporation since August 2007, Patrick is responsible for explaining corporate financial results and projections during senior management reviews and delivering detailed annual operating budgets for Board of Directors approval. Prior experience includes roles as a Finance Manager at Frito Lay (Pepsico) and as a trader in natural gas transportation and storage at Gulf South Pipeline, as well as electricity trading at Koch Energy Trading. Patrick holds an MBA in Finance and General Management from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a BS in Biochemistry from The University of Texas at Austin.
