Peter So

Peter So is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in project management and asset management within the energy sector. Since July 2001, Peter has held multiple leadership roles at Calpine, including Director of Project Management and Development and Asset Management Director, overseeing a significant portfolio of power plants and generating substantial annual revenue. Previous positions at Calpine include Project Development Manager and Turbine Controls & Performance Technical Manager, where Peter drove efficiency initiatives resulting in millions of dollars in savings. Additionally, Peter serves as Treasurer and a Board Member for 7F Users Group Inc., a nonprofit organization. Peter’s career began at GE Energy, progressing from Control and Startup Engineer to Technical Manager at Crockett Cogeneration. Peter holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from California Maritime Academy.
