Robert Mulloy, CCM, is a highly experienced professional in meteorology with nearly 30 years of operational expertise. Currently serving as Chief Meteorologist at Calpine since August 2011, Robert specializes in renewable energy, energy markets, tropical and severe weather, marine forecasting, and forensic meteorology. Prior to this, Robert held the position of Chief Meteorologist at Shell Energy North America from July 1999 to August 2011, where responsibilities included providing global forecasts and advising Real Time Desks on significant weather events. Earlier in his career, Robert worked as a Global Weather Specialist at WNI/Oceanroutes, ensuring safe ship routing across the oceans. Robert holds a Master's degree in Professional Studies with a focus on Renewable Energy and Sustainability Systems from Penn State World Campus, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Meteorology from Penn State University.
