Ron Pugh

Ron Pugh is an experienced operations and maintenance professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Operations and Maintenance Manager at Calpine since July 2010, Ron has also held various roles including Maintenance Manager and Planner/Scheduler within the same company. Prior to Calpine, Ron worked at Conectiv as a Maintenance Supervisor and spent over a decade at Delmarva Power as a Millwright 1st Class Mechanic. Ron began his career as a Field Service Technician at Chalmers and Kubeck - Aston. Ron completed education at the Automotive Training Center from 1978 to 1981 and attended Chichester.
