Scott McLaughlin currently serves as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Calpine, a position held since 2004. Scott holds a Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law, obtained between 1988 and 1991, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from San Diego State University, completed from 1981 to 1986.
