Calraid Nutrition Clinic is a Lifestyle and Sports Nutrition Clinic founded by Dietitian Luana Mascarenhas, who decided to take a step further to educate the community on the importance of Nutrition & Health. CalRaid comes from the concept of raiding empty and unneccesary calories from our pantry, kitchen and bodies that end up causing more harm than good. CalRaid is a movement towards a healthier, fitter and disease-free lifestyle. CalRaid aims to empower individuals by making them well-informed consumers with sound knowledge and understanding of their bodies and thus sustaining a healthier nation.
