Jesica Feldman

Jesica Feldman is currently the Regional Quality Manager at Calsa | AB Mauri and has extensive experience in food safety and microbiology. They previously held positions as a Quality Leader at PepsiCo and as a Microbiology Head at Instituto Analitico Especializado, overseeing microbial analysis and quality audits. Jesica began their career as an analyst at Zormex and Lyca S.A., where they specialized in microbiological testing, followed by a role as a Semi Senior Analyst at Axionlog, Cold Solutions, focusing on transport quality practices. Jesica earned a degree in Food Science and Technology from the Universidad de Buenos Aires.
