Pradipta Mitra

Pradipta Mitra has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 1996, Pradipta has held positions such as Business Development Manager in the U.K. at HCL Technologies and Operations Manager at NIIT & HCL Technologies Middle East. In 2001, Pradipta became Vice President & General Manager of U.S. Operations at Blue Star Infotech, where they had P&L responsibility for growing the U.S. consulting business. Pradipta then moved on to eInfochips Inc as Director of Business Development, responsible for sales and developing strategic partnerships. Following this, Pradipta worked at Patni Computer Services, Tech Mahindra, Collabera Inc., Brillio, and Calsoft in various leadership roles. These positions include Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Calsoft, Head of Sales in the Technology Vertical at Brillio, Associate Vice President of Product Engineering Services at Collabera Inc., and Sr. Director at Tech Mahindra. Throughout their career, Pradipta has been involved in driving business development, sales, and strategic partnerships in the technology industry.

Pradipta Mitra completed an Advanced Management program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2004. Prior to that, Pradipta studied for an MBA at the Faculty of Management Studies - University of Delhi.
