Elena Babin joined CALSTART as a Technical Project Manager for technical projects and system implementations. She focuses on the configuration and development of customer relationship management solutions for HVIP, CORE, and other customer-facing projects.
Elena comes to us with great Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementation experience, such as SAP CRM and Salesforce, and vast knowledge in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) gained from working in a national wholesale mortgage lending company, and a large European retail corporation.
Elena holds a Master’s in Applied Mathematics and Salesforce Certification. She is based in Farmington Hills, Michigan.
