Nathan Fernandez brings 7 years of aerospace and defense engineering and project management to the Clean Fuels and Infrastructure team. His work involved overseeing a variety of new and exciting projects, which included creating technology to protect U.S. soldiers from IEDs in the field and demonstrating a project he led to NASA. His first exposure to clean vehicle technology was his experience working with the Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator (LACI). His experience with LACI catalyzed his interest to advance clean transportation.
Nathan is earning his M.S. in Mechanical Engineering and has a B.S. in Business Management with a minor in Philosophy from California State University Northridge. To enjoy time outside of work and in nature, Nathan is an avid traveler and rock-climber.
