Nour joined CALSTART in 2022 as a Grant Specialist on the Clean Mobility Options Pilot Voucher Program. She supports key elements for voucher processing to accelerate shared clean transportation options for underserved communities and improve their quality of life throughout California.
Prior to joining CALSTART, Nour worked for a Long Beach-based nonprofit, Linc Housing, as an Outreach and Community Engagement Coordinator. During her time, she managed community engagement strategies and grant fund allocations to support healthy and sustained living for under-resourced communities living in affordable and supportive housing. She has worked with partner organizations and public agencies to advocate for mobility and transportation needs in Long Beach. Nour holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies from University of California, Irvine.
