Stacey Simms, MSOL, PMP, currently serves as the Senior Director of Clean Fuels and Infrastructure at CALSTART, where responsibilities include leading a team of over 30 experts to drive clean transportation innovation and overseeing significant funding programs. As the Founder and COO of Graceful Emergence, Stacey empowers executives and high-potential leaders through coaching. Previous roles include Senior Manager of EV Policy and Incentives at 7-Eleven, where strategic expansion of the EV charging network was prioritized, and Senior Business Consultant at Xcel Energy, overseeing electrification projects and managing multi-state EV initiatives. Stacey's early career included impactful positions in renewable energy and alternative fuels, strategic project management, and community development. Stacey holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Regis University and is pursuing further education in Executive Leadership.
