Tom Brotherton

Tom Brotherton has over three decades of experience in energy and market acceleration sectors. Since February 1999, Tom has held the position of Director, Market Acceleration at CALSTART, after serving as Regional Director. Prior to this, Tom worked for the State of Colorado from July 1989 to February 1999 as Deputy Director of the Governor's Energy Office. Tom earned a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder between 1983 and 1986, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Princeton University from 1978 to 1982.
