Arthur Ma

Arthur Ma, CFA, is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in private equity and financial analysis. Currently serving as an Investment Officer at CalSTRS, the largest teacher public pension fund globally, Arthur Ma manages a diverse $50 billion private equity portfolio that includes strategies such as buyouts, growth equity, venture capital, secondaries, and private credit. Prior to this role, Arthur Ma worked as an Investment Professional at the University of California, Davis Foundation, contributing to a $700 million fund. Additional experience includes positions as a Senior Financial Analyst at the California Franchise Tax Board and an Investment Analyst at New York Life Insurance Company, along with earlier roles at the California Governor's Office of Emergency Services and Apple.
