Daniel Liu

Daniel Liu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management, quality assurance, and photography. Currently serving as a Staff Services Manager I at CalSTRS since February 2013, Daniel oversees a team of analysts in the Contact Center unit, focusing on performance and quality management. Prior to this role, Daniel excelled as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst within the same division. In addition to a career at CalSTRS, Daniel is a photographer for Shiba Oaks Photography, dedicated to creative storytelling through photography. Daniel formerly owned the Daniel Liu Insurance Agency, providing personalized risk management strategies. An educational background includes a Master of Arts in Government from California State University-Sacramento and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from the University of Washington.
