David Murphy, CFA, CAIA, has extensive experience in investment management, currently serving as the Global Equity Director, Senior Portfolio Manager, and formerly as Portfolio Manager and Investment Officer at CalSTRS since 2006. Prior to joining CalSTRS, David worked as an Investment Officer at CalPERS from 2001 to 2006. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC San Diego.
