Lucy Arbuckle

Lucy Arbuckle has a strong background in accounting and finance with extensive experience in various roles. Lucy started their career at KPMG as a Senior and worked there from 1998 to 2002. Lucy then joined Enns and Company as an Audit Team Leader from 2003 to 2005. Following that, they worked at Ernst & Young as a Senior Manager from 2005 to 2013. In 2013, they joined CalSTRS as a Senior Financial Reporting Manager and held this role until 2017. At CalSTRS, they also served as the Interim Director of Accounting Operations from 2017 to 2018 and later became the Director of Accounting Operations. Additionally, they briefly served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer at CalSTRS in 2018. Overall, Lucy Arbuckle has had progressively responsible roles in accounting and finance throughout their career.

Lucy Arbuckle attended the University of Santo Tomas from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy. Lucy also holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the California Board of Accountancy.
