Noelle Ploof

Noelle Ploof has over 15 years of experience in organizational performance and communications, currently serving as Manager of Strategy and Organizational Performance at CalSTRS since March 2017. Prior to this role, Noelle worked at Verizon Wireless from 2005 to 2016, where responsibilities included serving as a Communications Consultant for Business & Government Customer Operations, crafting and distributing communications across various employee levels, and leading a team as Account Liaison Supervisor to enhance customer support for major enterprise clients. Noelle earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from California State University-Sacramento and holds a high school diploma from Christian Brothers High School.
