Tejdeep K.

Tejdeep (TJ) K. is an experienced Diversity and Inclusion Specialist at CalSTRS since December 2013, responsible for staying updated with best practices in D&I through continuous learning and active participation in industry events. Prior to this role, Tejdeep served in various capacities at the Employment Development Department from July 2009 to November 2013, including as an Employment Program Representative, Outstation Trainer, and IT Specialized Point of Contact, where skills in training, process improvement, and program development were demonstrated. Tejdeep also held teaching and technical support roles at Allied National High School and South Coast Dental, respectively, and worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator at UCI Medical Center, managing research staff and overseeing clinical studies. Tejdeep holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from UC Irvine and furthered education at California State University, Fullerton.
