Dwight Jones

Dwight Jones is an experienced professional with a diverse background in training, operations management, and education. Currently serving as the Manager of Manuals & Training at Caltrain since November 2023, Dwight has held key positions including Director of Training at McGee Air Services and Regional Director of Office Operations for the West and Mexico at Kids in Need of Defense (KIND). Prior experience includes management roles at Alaska Airlines, such as Manager of Policy and Procedure, and positions at Delta Global Services and Matrix Aviation Services. Dwight's career began as a linguist at MVM, Inc., followed by teaching Spanish at Providence Christian Academy and Greater Atlanta Christian School. Dwight holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Spanish Language and Literature and Religion/Religious Studies from Lipscomb University.
