Henry Flores

Henry Flores is an experienced professional in rail vehicle maintenance and fleet management, currently serving as the Director of Rail Vehicle Maintenance at Caltrain since March 2018. In this role, Henry oversees the entire passenger rail fleet, ensuring compliance with safety standards and Federal Railroad Administration regulations. Prior to this, Henry held several positions at FedEx Freight from June 1999 to March 2018, including Deputy Director of Rail Vehicle Maintenance and Fleet Maintenance Programs Manager, focusing on maintenance policies and the implementation of advanced maintenance technologies. Henry also served as Corporate Parts Manager, optimizing maintenance parts purchasing across 81 shop locations. Henry holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from San Jose State University and a Transit Management Certificate from the University of the Pacific.
