Jason Baker

Jason Baker currently serves as the Director of Government and Community Affairs at Caltrain, advising the Chief of Staff and CEO on legislative strategies. Baker is also a member of the Board of Trustees for the Campbell Union High School District, representing Trustee Area 3. Prior experience includes leadership roles at the Silicon Valley Leadership Group overseeing Transportation, Health, and Housing policy, and serving as District Director for Assemblymember Evan Low. Baker has held elected positions in the City of Campbell, including Mayor and Vice Mayor, and has been actively involved in various transportation and emergency operational committees. Baker has an extensive legal background, having owned a law firm and worked for several law firms specializing in litigation. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and an Executive Education Program from Harvard Kennedy School.
