John Hale

John Hale, MBA, PMP, is a transportation and infrastructure executive with over 10 years of experience leading complex capital programs across various sectors, including public agencies and private partnerships. Currently serving as the Deputy Director of Systems Engineering at Caltrain, John oversees agency-wide systems and drives integration across capital programs. Previously, John held leadership roles at Amtrak, BNSF, Arcadis, and the U.S. Army, where they managed multimillion-dollar projects and developed high-performing teams. In addition to their experience, John co-founded Momentum Mastery HQ, where they focus on aligning operational strategies with AI-enhanced business frameworks. John holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management.
