Lawrence Leung

Lawrence Leung is an experienced Contracts and Budget Manager at Caltrain, responsible for managing significant operating and capital budgets, overseeing contract administration, and improving financial efficiency within the Rail Division. With a background in finance and contract management from the San Francisco Estuary Institute, where accomplishments included transitioning to a new retirement contract and leading successful audits, Lawrence has developed strong skills in financial analysis, internal controls, and stakeholder presentation. Prior to that, roles included Realtor at Zhang Realty and various positions in finance management, ultimately achieving a Master of Business Administration from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley.
