Mike Meader

Mike Meader currently serves as the Chief Security Officer (CSO) at Caltrain since August 2022. Previously, Mike held the position of Vice President of U.S. Sales at Lion Electric from December 2021 to August 2022. Prior to that, Mike was the CSO at the Denver Regional Transportation District, where responsibilities included creating enterprise security and safety systems. Mike's experience also includes serving as an Executive in Situation Management/Security Solutions at NICE Ltd, focusing on security software and risk management. Mike began a substantial career at Cintas, progressing from Senior Global Account Manager to Vice President of Global Accounts, where Mike successfully turned around underperforming regions and integrated newly acquired customer processes. Mike Meader holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy.
