Stacy Cocke is the Director of the At-Grade Safety Enhancement Program and the Director of Rail Systems for the Portal Program at Caltrain, a role they have held since 2007. They lead the delivery of corridor-wide safety enhancement programs and oversee systems design for the Portal Project. Previously, they were a senior planner in the Caltrain Modernization Program and held various positions at VTA and Kimley-Horn and Associates. Cocke earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Washington in 2004.
