Michael Threet

Michael Threet has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Michael currently holds the position of Chief Financial and Operating Officer at Caltrol Inc., a 100% ESOP owned entity specializing in industrial automation solutions. In addition, they serve as a member of the Board of Directors for the same company. Prior to this, they were a member of the Board of Directors at Wealthgate Trust, an independent trust company catering to high-net-worth clients. Michael's earlier experiences include being the Chief Financial Officer at New-Com, Inc., a privately held diversified holding company, and Chief Financial and Operating Officer at Silver State Bancorp, a publicly traded bank holding company. Michael started their career as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte, where they gained experience in auditing various organizations.

Michael Threet attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 1987 to 1991. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting. After completing their undergraduate education, Michael obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the State of Nevada in June 1993.
