Michael Tilton is a seasoned health and safety professional with extensive experience in developing and implementing safety management systems across various industries. Currently serving as the Corporate Safety Lead at Calumet Specialty Products Partners, L.P. since March 2019, Michael focuses on integrating risk-based systems across operations. Prior roles include Chemical Business Team Leader for Health and Safety at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, Owner of the health and safety consulting firm Managed Safety, and Director of Health and Safety at CEMEX, where Michael led safety system development across diverse business entities.
