Rusty Waples

Rusty Waples is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in brand and product management, currently serving as the Director of Brand and Product Marketing at Lubrication Engineers since March 2025. Previously, Rusty held the position of Director of Brand and Product Management at Calumet Specialty Products Partners, L.P. since June 2021, where responsibilities included developing global brand strategies for various performance brands. A significant part of Rusty's career was spent at ITW Global Brands as Global Group Brand Marketing Manager, overseeing multiple automotive aftermarket brands. Rusty's earlier roles at Shell involved directing performance chemicals brands and managing competitive technical intelligence. With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Stephen F. Austin State University, Rusty has demonstrated expertise in strategic marketing, collaboration across teams, and managing product portfolios throughout a diverse range of companies and industries.
