Kyle Hillstead

Kyle Hillstead is a skilled process engineer with extensive experience in environmental engineering and wastewater treatment. Currently employed at Calumet Electronics Corporation since May 2018, Kyle has contributed as a process engineer and previously as a process engineer intern, focusing on industrial wastewater treatment processes. Prior experience includes serving as an environmental health technician at the Western Upper Peninsula Health Department, where Kyle conducted routine biochemical testing of water samples, and an intern at Nowak & Fraus Engineers, specializing in land surveying and construction inspections. Kyle began a career in client services at Lafayette Grande Banquet Facility, coordinating event operations. Academic credentials include a Master of Engineering in Wastewater Engineering from Michigan State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
