Mark Menere has worked in the tech industry for over 18 years. In 2003, they began their career as an IT Helpdesk/Jnr Lotus Notes Administrator for Cunningham Lindsey (formerly GAB Robins). In 2008, they moved on to become a Technical Support Team Leader at Sophos, where they oversaw a team of Technical Support Analysts/Engineers/Specialists. In 2017, Mark took on the role of Technical Engineer at Exerp, where they were responsible for analyzing and resolving complex client issues and informing clients of progression with issues. In 2021, they became a Technical Customer Success Manager at Burst SMS, learning the platform, tech stack, features, and connectivity. Currently, Mark is a Lead Support Engineer at Calven, a workplace tech platform powering the future of work.
Mark Menere received their HSC from Loyola College in Rooty Hill in 1997, and their School Certificate from St Agnes High School in Rooty Hill in 1995. Additionally, they obtained a CompTIA Network+ ce Certification from CompTIA in September 2021.
