Michele Barinsky

Michele Barinsky is a Senior Commercial and Corporate Attorney at Southern California Edison, drawing on over 15 years of extensive experience in corporate law and commercial transactions. Previously, Michele held various roles at Hulu, including Senior Counsel for Content, where they managed legal aspects of Hulu Originals and contributed to subscriber growth through strategic contract negotiations. Michele also served as Director of Business Affairs & Legal at Paramount Pictures, advising on a wide range of operational matters. They are currently on the board of the California Wilderness Coalition and have a keen interest in climate change efficiency solutions. Michele earned a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
