Jason Hwang

Jason Hwang is a Protein Scientist at Calysta since 2018, specializing in the development of protein snacks using dairy and plant proteins. Prior to this role, Jason served as Associate Principal Scientist at FRITO LAY from January 2007 to 2018, where expertise in food proteins contributed to the creation of various snack products, including Cheetos, corn chips, Sun-chips, bars, crackers, popcorn, and meat analogues.
