CAM Construction is a local family owned construction manager providing award winning services to Maryland businesses and institutions since 1962. 

CAM possesses more than a half century's experience in development, design and construction of commercial projects. We are fully capable of participating in projects of all sizes and contract types. Throughout our history, we have served the private, public and non-profit sector. 

Our most important asset is our people. We are a group of experienced professionals who have worked together, on average for more than 20 years. Our experience covers virtually every type of educational, institutional, and commercial structure. 

We proactively provide imaginative, cost effective solutions to complex construction and scheduling problems. In short, we spend an owner's money as though it were our own. 

We maintain an A-1 Bond Rating with a bonding capacity of $125 million, and have completed individual projects in excess of $70 million. Over the years we have received over 40 Awards of Excellence for our projects, as well as many other recognitions.
