They founded nm3sys.com in 2019, providing strategic technology services to startups and various organizations. Nικόλαος has held key positions at Rogers Communications, including Senior IT Enterprise Architect and 5G Technology Innovation Architect, focusing on enterprise architecture and 5G monetization. They also serve on the Board of Advisors for Pittsburgh Steel Group and as a Vice President at Triaxiom Holdings Ltd, while contributing to industry initiatives like the CAMARA Project and 5G Future Forum.
