Daniel Ball is the Founder and CEO of The Ladder Group, established in 2021 with a mission to foster inclusive career opportunities for everyone. They also founded The Early Careers Company and The Early Careers Foundation, both launched in the same year. Currently, Daniel serves as an EOT Board Member at Camargue, an Ambassador at Central YMCA, and a Trustee at Access Alternatives. Their prior experience includes a managerial role at Wiser and various positions in the early stages of their career. Daniel is pursuing A-levels in Biology, Chemistry, French, and Physics at Ashmole Academy, having also excelled in GCSEs at Southgate School.
