Manuel Castro is the Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer at Cambas. Prior to Cambas, Manuel was the Head of Business Development at Rebellion, where they were responsible for business development in the agency. Some of the new business Manuel won during their time at Rebellion include Grupo Marti and Wibe. Before joining Rebellion, Manuel worked at BlackRock for 4 years, where they built a solid knowledge of the business that helped him understand the local market dynamics as well as clients’ needs and how to create effective marketing strategies that reflected an impact in the business. During their time at BlackRock, Manuel was responsible for building iShares and BlackRock brands locally through advertisement campaigns, events, relationship, direct and digital marketing. Manuel also partnered with PR. In 2013, Manuel was the Interim Head of Marketing for SAxB, which includes Chile, Colombia, Peru and Uruguay. In 2014, they led the implementation of the GBMhomebroker agreement, which consists of no operation fees for iShares during all of 2014 on GBM electronic trading platform.

Manuel Castro holds a Licenciatura in Marketing from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México and has completed a Product Strategy program at Kellogg Executive Education.
