Daniel Kirschner

Daniel Kirschner, Ph.D. is an accomplished professional in the field of analytical chemistry with extensive experience in method development and validation for pharmaceutical applications. Currently serving as Executive Director of Analytical Services at Cambrex since January 2019, Daniel has held various leadership roles at the company, having previously worked at Avista Pharma Solutions in similar capacities. Daniel's expertise encompasses analytical test method development, impurity characterization, and CMC support for APIs across different clinical phases. Prior positions include Research Scientist II at Gilead Sciences, where Daniel supported Phase III programs, and Senior Scientist in Analytical Development at Nektar Therapeutics, leading efforts for a cancer therapy in late-stage development. Daniel holds a Ph.D. in Bioanalytical Chemistry from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, where academic pursuits were undertaken from 2004 to 2009.
