Heidi Steele

Heidi Steele is an experienced professional in the field of Quality Control, currently serving as a Senior Manager of Analytical (QC) at Cambrex since August 2019. In this role, Heidi manages QC functions, oversees the testing and release of pharmaceutical products, ensures compliance with cGMP regulations, and supports laboratory planning and process efficiency. Prior to this, Heidi held various positions at Novartis, including Chemist III AS&T and QC Chemist III, where responsibilities involved method transfer and leading a skilled chemist team. Earlier experience includes roles at Sandoz and a laboratory technician position at Kelly Services, where foundational skills in analytical testing were developed. Heidi holds a degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver and previously attended Colorado State University.
