Kyle McLaughlin

Kyle McLaughlin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in commercial strategy, operations, and finance. Currently serving as Vice President at Cambrex since May 2020, Kyle has held multiple leadership roles including Vice President of Sales Operations and Commercial Finance Leader. Prior experience includes a tenure as Senior Director of New Ventures at PGA TOUR and three years at Bain & Company as a Case Team Leader, where Kyle managed consulting teams and received high feedback ratings. Earlier roles at GE included Corporate Audit Staff and a position in the Financial Management Program. Kyle holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Business Administration with a finance concentration from the University of Connecticut, where notable accomplishments included leading a student-managed fund during a financial crisis.
