Inc since October 2019, Allen previously held the position of Research & Development Supervisor at New Kinpo Group, where responsibilities included technical management and ensuring adherence to coding specifications. Prior to that, Allen was an Assistant Manager at Smart EMS Philippines, overseeing product development projects and resource allocation. Early career experience includes being a Tools Specialist at Photocircuits Corporation. Allen holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering Technology from Batangas State University, earned in 2003.
