Amy Lynch (ANutr) has a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Sciences from Bournemouth University. Currently serving as the Product Innovation Manager at Cambridge Commodities, Amy works closely with ingredient suppliers to find innovative ingredients and applications. Prior to this, Amy held roles as a Food Technologist and Nutritionist at The Create Group Limited, an English Second Language Teacher at Project Trust, a Bartender/Waitress at The Park Hatch, and a Waitress at ASK Italian. Amy also worked as a Lifeguard and Swimming Instructor at the City of Mountain View.
