Max Wu, MCIPS has a diverse work experience in procurement and supply chain management. Max worked at Cambridge Commodities starting from November 2016, where they held various positions such as Head of Procurement and Procurement Manager. In these roles, they successfully managed and developed the supplier base to secure competitive prices, drive category growth, and maximize profits through effective supplier negotiations.
