Amy Kingston has a strong background in software development and database administration. Starting in 1997 as a Software QA Engineer at Cotag Europe Ltd, they then moved on to i2 Limited as a Business Systems Developer/DBA. From 2003 to 2014, they worked as a DBA Manager at Play.com, managing a team of DBAs and providing 24/7 support for Oracle databases. Kingston then joined Worldpay as a DBA, where they gained experience in designing, developing, and supporting online payment processing solutions. Starting in 2016, they worked at Ocado Technology as a Data Services Team Lead, managing infrastructure engineers and overseeing data delivery solutions. Currently, they are working as a Software Development Manager at Cambridge Intelligence.
Amy Kingston attended Aston University from 1992 to 1996 and earned a BSc Honours degree in Computer Science and Business Administration.
