The portfolio includes garden-style and mid-rise communities that range in size from 6 to 400 units. Cambridge currently manages communities in California, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Louisiana, North Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Washington State, and Virginia. Cambridge is headquartered in Tacoma, Washington with a regional office in Tampa, Florida.
