J D.

J D. has worked in the software engineering and program management fields since 2005. Starting as a Senior Software Engineer at Arm, J D. developed novel optimisations that achieved performance improvement by 5%-50%. In 2012, J D. became an Independent Consultant at IntelliSense.io, followed by a Senior Software Engineer role at CSR in 2013. In 2014, J D. moved to Qualcomm Cambridge as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2017, J D. took on the role of University Program Manager at Arm, where they also served as Managing Editor for Arm Education Media. In 2020, J D. became a Senior Program Manager at Microsoft, and in 2021 they became a Software Development Manager at Cambridge Quantum.

J D. obtained a PhD in Computer Science from The University of Edinburgh, followed by a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the University of Cambridge. In 2018, J D. also earned a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
