Pierre Salvy

Pierre Salvy is currently the Chief Technology Officer and Head of Engineering at Cambrium, where Pierre leads a team in rethinking materials design using proteins. Previously, Pierre was a PHD student at EPFL, conducting research in computational biology. With a background in biotechnology and a Master's in Mathematics, Physics, and Engineering Science, Pierre has a strong foundation in using various computational tools and algorithms to analyze metabolic engineering and improve strain design efforts in the industry. Their experience ranges from data strategy advising to quality control operations, showcasing a diverse skill set in the scientific and engineering fields.
