CAMEO Surgery & Spa is a premier plastic surgery and medical aesthetics practice led by Dr. Scott Blyer, also known as DrBfixin, a nationally recognized cosmetic surgeon, educator, and media authority in aesthetic medicine.

Dr. Blyer is a Triple Board-Certified, fellowship-trained Cosmetic Surgeon who has dedicated his practice exclusively to cosmetic enhancement in New York since 2006. He serves as President of the New York State Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and is a Trustee of the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery (ABCS). A leader in safety and surgical education, Dr. Blyer chairs the ABCS BBL Safety Committee, is a faculty member for ABCS BBL safety courses, and serves as Co-Chair of the Fellowship & Board Review Committee. He is also an ABCS Board Examiner and a member of the ABCS Written Exam Committee.

As Fellowship Director of the JACHO-certified CAMEO Surgery Center, Dr. Blyer is one of only a select group of WAGS-certified BBL Ultrasound Masters worldwide and leads the only WAGS-certified BBL teaching center in the Northeast.
