Mark Lugas

Mark Lugas is an experienced administrative assistant currently working at the Committee for Accuracy in Middle East Reporting and Analysis (CAMERA) since March 2023, while also serving as an independent writer for Substack since June 2021. Previous roles include front end associate at Total Wine & More, client services representative at Hingham Institution for Savings, and project manager at The Friedlander Group, where Mark was instrumental in promoting the "Iran Hostages Congressional Gold Medal Act" by engaging with members of Congress. Additional experiences encompass a concierge role at South Shore Health, a curatorial intern at the Derfner Judaica Museum, and a transcriber for Historic Hudson Valley. Mark's foundational education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History from Fordham University and a High School Diploma from Boston College High School.
